HR Consultant
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide operation advice to managers and staff in relation to employment contracts, terms of employment and the interpretation of agreements, awards, and policies.
- Manage human resource cases including disciplinary matters, health and safety, and performance appraisals.
- Assist in the development and interpretation of human resource data, to assist business units with workforce planning and operational matters.
- Actively generate leads and to onboard new HR Partners and HR businesses
- Assist business units with recruitment and selection processes, including creating and updating job descriptions, and providing accurate and timely advice on throughout the phases of recruitment and selection.
- Actively participate in operational HR planning, including assisting in consultation processes with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4+ years of HR experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practices
- Solid understanding of research methods and analysis
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)
- Ability to strategize and formulate business plans
- Excellent command in English
- Bachelors degree
- Candidates on husband's/father's sponsorship will be given preference
